Ideal location near the central station - shuttle buses from the airport, buses to Serravale Outlet, taxi stop, metro station - everything is nearby (2-3 minutes). Lovely bistros in the station building - delicious pizza, coffee. Central shopping street and main sights of Milan within walking distance (15-20 min). Great view from the terrace at breakfast. The ability to purchase metro tickets directly at the registration desk of the hotel or at the kiosk right in front of the hotel. Hearty breakfast. you won't go hungry. Friendly and very helpful staff, I mostly have contacted Laura, she helped me a lot in many different issues, being professional and patient! If you are traveling for business purposes, if you are going to travel by train in Italy, then this is the ideal place to stay in Milan.

Very close to walk from central station so great for arriving late. Staff super friendly and welcoming. Check in easy. Our room on level 5 had great view across to station. Good size room, clean and all worked. Breakfast also very good for a hotel of this standard, served in a room overlooking station square. General area has lots of good eating choices.

The view! We were on the 7th floor with an amazing view of the beautiful Milan Train Station. The room was clean, bathroom modern, pillows super comfortable and breakfast perfectly adequate and plentiful. The staff were super friendly and check in/out was really easy. The location across the road from the Milan Central Train Station made it super easy to get around. Also Metro and Tram stops nearby. No outside noise (apart from the occasional ambulance) due to double glazed windows.

I liked that there was a roof top terrace where I could have my breakfast with a view. The reception staff were also very kind and welcoming, I was even able to use their microwave to heat up my pizza that got cold in the train and they were even able to replace my room card when I had lost it I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the B&B Hotel in Milan, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception made me feel welcome. Their warmth, professionalism, and willingness to assist with any question or request were truly exceptional. The cleanliness of the hotel also stood out. My room was spotless, and it was clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. The shared spaces were equally well-maintained, making my entire stay comfortable and pleasant. The location was absolutely perfect! It was right by Milan Central Station, I could see the Station from my room, which meant it was very easy to travel around Milan and explore this beautiful city. It also meant that it was very convenient for my friends and I to travel to other cities like Verona with ease and also easy journey to and from the airport. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the reception staff who always had a smile on their face and made us feel so welcome. The hotel was very clean as well and had comfortable sleep.I would definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel because of its location and affordable price, and I was pleasantly surprised! The first thing I want to highlight is the friendliness and hospitality of the staff, who are always ready to help and make your stay comfortable. The breakfast was quite good, and you can take amazing photos from the restaurant balcony. There's also a safe in the room.

This hotel is clean, comfortable and great for a solo traveller (I stayed in the single room). The reception were lovely and helpful, and the room was very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly and it was in a great location in terms of being so close to Milan Central station. I liked the fact that the TV was massive opposite the bed with YouTube which was great and I believe Netflix (don’t quote me on that!). I really liked the fact that the rooms facilities were eco friendly, and there was a focus on that which is great to see!

Despite being so close to the train station it was still a very nice hotel, friendly staff, good sized clean rooms. It is a noisy area but that is no surprise - Breakfast was very nice on the rooftop

It was our second stay in this hotel for our trip. The room was on the 3rd floor and it seemed to be much older in terms of facilities in comparison with the room we had on the 6th floor earlier this month. Still view was adorable) Nice breakfast and view on the Central Station beautiful building
